HVAC Customer Service Representative

This new full-time position seeks an experienced HVAC technician capable of supporting our technical department with customer service calls, request of spare parts, and manage warranty issues. Plus, providing backup customer call handling as needed, and administrative day-to-day support in the service operational areas. This position is expected, but not limited, to working on-site in our HQ. Compensation is negotiable.

 Day-To-Day Expectations:

  • Receives customer requests over phone or email and courteously troubleshoots them.
  • Records customer service tickets and follows up with issues until resolved within expected timeframe
  • Determines customer needs and matches appropriate skillset to the need.
  • Answers any customer inquiries and resolves or escalates customer issues, as appropriate.
  • Maintains consistent communication technical department team and management.
  • Reconciles all service requests daily.
  • Supports administration and resolution of warranty claims.
  • Processes orders of spare parts, corresponding payments, and shipping.
  • Provide additional service administration support, as assigned.

 Required Skills:

  • Experienced HVAC technician (be able to trouble shoot mini splits and split systems).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Able to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
  • Must have the ability to multitask with diplomacy, cooperation, and persistence.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Speaking Spanish is not required, but it is a plus.

Assistant Logistics Manager

This new position in our company is looking forward to assisting our Imports-Exports Logistics Manager with every-day tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience working in logistics or has a related studying background, is familiar with ASCII software, and is bilingual English-Spanish. The candidate is expected to work full-time in our Doral offices. Compensation is negotiable.

The individual must be capable to uphold good communication and teamwork with the logistics department and have great organization and planification skills. Other essential skills expected are attention to detail and analytical skills.

It is expected of the individual to do the following tasks, but not be limited to

  • File in-bond procedures and customs form custom forms such as 7512, and other related U.S. Customs documents.
  • Performs routine administrative tasks of document filing, document archiving, supplying documentation for various needs by department.
  • Responds promptly and professionally to customer’s requests and inquiries via phone and email.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Territory Sales Manager: Puerto Rico and South Florida Contractor Projects

This new position seeks a full-time Territory Sales Manager position, in which we expect the individual to manage the sales territory of Puerto Rico and South Florida’s contractor projects.

On a daily basis the salesperson is expected to tap this market by engaging with current and prospective customers, managing the territory’s costumer relations, creating quotes and sales orders, coordinating shipments, managing warranties, and assist clients with customer service.

Our ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, is capable of working autonomously and is an experienced salesperson that is pro-active, self-driven, and well mannered. The person must be knowledgeable about the HVAC/R industry, be willing to travel regularly across territories to visit current and prospective clients and nurture business relationships. Plus, they should be computer literate and feel comfortable working with Microsoft programs and SAP Business One.

The salesperson is expected to show up to work in our Doral, FL office, we also accept candidates living in Puerto Rico as long as they deliver.

Compensation is negotiable: base salary + commission. And health insurance is available.
